Pittsburgh civic leader releases sophomore book

Pittsburgh, PA June 16, 2010 --  Tom Baker recently released his second book, Get Involved! Give Our Passion. In Give Our Passion Baker shares strategies to empower Republicans to become “the party of service” and to make the most of being “the elephant in the room” when attending events and meetings with members of others parties. This collaborative and community focused approach will enable political enthusiasts to extend their volunteer experiences and maximize the positive handprint that they are leaving. Baker’s sophomore book was released last weekend in Hershey, PA. The Pittsburgh release event for Give Our Passion will occur at Joseph Beth Booksellers in the South Side Works on July 1 at 7 p.m. The event is open to the public and the media.
